About Us

CKP community is known for their stride in the fields of art, politics, public services, science, defence, etc. Many CKPs are employed at senior positions in the corporate world.  Now the community is also making inroads in the business world. There were many forums in the community, working to help and encourage CKP entrepreneurs. Few like-minded people from such forums came together with a vision to form a chamber of commerce to provide a solid vibrant interactive platform with a wider reach to CKP Entrepreneurs, and that’s how CCCI  was formed in June 2016.

CCCI offers an active business networking platform for the business professionals who meet on a regular basis and exchange business leads.  So far the business transacted within the CCCI associates is valued at 24 Crore INR and it is still growing. So far CCCI arranged several Training Session on the topics like: Entrepreneurship Development and Leadership, GST, Design Thinking, Digital Marketing, Intellectual Property Rights, Patents and Trade mark Registrations, Lean Management, Environmental Social Governance.

It’s not always about business or technical skills, in today’s competitive and stressful business environment it takes a toll on health. CCCI had organized a thought-provoking open dialogue-session with renowned psychologist Dr. Anand Nadkarni on the subject of ‘Stress Management’.

To encourage and endorse the achievement in the field of business, CCCI conducted ‘Business Excellence Awards’ which was applauded by one and all from the business community. Many including Women entrepreneurs, young start-ups, social entrepreneurs were recognized for their contribution the then Minister of industry, Maharashtra state Mr Subhash Desai felicitated the winners.

Similar Awards were given in the year 2020, during All India Samajonnati Parishad of ABCKP at Nagpur. 18 MSME’s from All over India were felicitated by Rtd. Air Chief Marshal Shri Anil Tipnis for the extra ordinary Achievements in their respective businesses and contribution to the industry.  Knowing its responsibilities towards protecting the environment, CCCI had actively participated in distribution and plantation of  Cashew Nut Saplings to the Adivasi farmers based at Mokhada, and ensured that those farmers start earning money for their living.!

As on April 2022, Member strength of CCCI is 90. These are mainly the first Generation Entrepreneurs.  All the Directors and some Seniors in the industry offer their expertise to the members free of cost and anytime just on a phone call. 

During Covid lockdown period, Board of CCCI provided personalised counselling to the members under the project DEEP-STAMBH.

So far the chamber has conducted orientation and training programs for

  • Networking
  • Growth and environmental, social, and governance (ESG)
  • Business development

Every month an event MANAGEMENT MASTERS is conducted where some case studies of the industries are played on Video and Group Discussion is arranged on the same.  This is a very popular program of CCCI.
